Drew Batkin is an associate in the Tax Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
Mr. Batkin has experience advising clients in various types of transactions including structured, leveraged and acquisition financings, leveraged leases, mergers and acquisitions, U.S. and non-U.S. securities offerings and financial product development. He has advised such clients as Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Cerberus Capital Management and Natixis.
Mr. Batkin received a B.A. in mathematics, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Hofstra University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York. |
