Mr. Pearson is a Principal at General Atlantic Partners, LLC, a worldwide private equity firm, where he has worked since 1996. Mr. Pearson is based in Greenwich, CT and concentrates on portfolio company support. Mr. Pearson has worked on over $150 million in transactions in the Enterprise Software and IT Infrastructure markets, including Manugistics, EXE Technologies, and Talus Solutions. Prior to joining General Atlantic Mr. Pearson was a business analyst with McKinsey and Company, Inc. where he worked with Fortune 500 businesses in the technology and financial services industries. Mr. Pearson holds a MA/BA in Regional Science from The School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
