Ms. Wax serves as General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Drue has advised SeaBright and its predecessor companies since 1998 and guides our business on corporate governance, regulatory and legislative issues, compliance, contract law and litigation management. Drue has served as senior counsel in the corporate legal department of the Kemper Insurance Companies and worked for the law firms Davidson, Goldstein, Mandell & Menkes and Sidley & Austin. Drue holds a J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. from Middlebury College. |
