Mr. Gillman joined the firm in October 2005, and has practiced in the areas of business and personal reorganization, bankruptcy litigation, creditors' rights, and trustee and receiver representation for twenty-five years. Mr. Gillman has distributed over $60,000,000 to creditors and other parties in interest as a trustee in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases.
