Duane S. Carlson has been a director of the company since 1990. Carlson is currently a self-employed business consultant as he was from 1988 to 1991. From 1991 to 1997 he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of NetStar Inc. a company engaged in the development manufacturing and marketing of high-speed computer communications equipment. He was a founder of NetStar Inc. (now a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies) and was a member of its board of directors. Carlson was also a founder of Lee Data Corporation (which became Carleton Corporation and is now part of Oracle Inc.) and from 1979 to 1988 served that company in various capacities most recently as chief financial officer and executive vice president and was also a member of its board of directors. |
