Mr. Pinnix has the ultimate responsibility and authority for engineering services performed by RMF. He directs the operation of all Production Divisions through their respective Vice Presidents. He ensures the coordination of all firm resources and sees that the priorities of each Production Division are satisfied. Mr. Pinnix is a graduate from the Johns Hopkins University with over 25 years of experience in the design and commissioning of mechanical systems for both infrastructure and building projects. He has coordinated the design efforts and managed all areas of mechanical and electrical disciplines on many projects. His engineering expertise has focused around complex HVAC systems, which includes large capacity new installations as well as multiple phased renovation of systems serving occupied areas. He routinely supports the quality control function at the firm, specifically reviewing concepts and final document quality.
