M. Duane Elmquist, Senior Vice President for Telcordia Technologies. Mr. Elmquist is recognized for his expertise in software applications and network operations systems. While at Lucent Technologies as a Vice President in what was then the Software Solutions Business Unit, he led the development of that Company�s E-commerce and Security applications. As a Vice President at Bellcore (a predecessor of Telcordia), he led the team that developed the next generation of that Company�s Operations Support Systems used by telephone companies throughout the world. Mr. Elmquist was also a manager and researcher at Bell Telephone Laboratories. He earned his Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University, and a MS and BS in Electrical Engineering at North Dakota State University.
