Duby Yoely joined TTI Telecom in 2001 as engineering group manager responsible for telecom content solutions and professional services. In his current position he is responsible for Solution Engineering and Marketing. He has held telecom management positions since 1988 when he joined Bezeq as an engineer. Since then he has gained broad hands-on and management experience in the implementation of network management systems. Mr. Yoely is an expert in telecom management standards and has years of practical experience as a telecom operator.
After ten years at Bezeq as NMC engineer and then manager Mr. Yoely joined Partner (Orange Il a green-field operator at the time) where he started as NOC manager and took part in the rollout of GSM/UMTS networks by establishing the company�s network operation team creating work procedures and by assimilating network management tools.
Mr. Yoely holds a BSc in electrical engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. |
