P. Duncan Moss is an associate member of the Environmental and Energy Practice Group in the firm's Madison office.
Duncan graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2007 where he was a Senior Managing Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. Duncan received his Bachelor's Degree in Geology from Oxford University, England and his Ph.D. in Geochemistry from the University of Leeds. Before starting his career in the law, Duncan was an environmental consultant in Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Florida. As a consultant, Duncan managed environmental cleanup projects under CERCLA and RCRA. Duncan provided technical support to responsible party cost-recovery litigation. Duncan also taught geology and hydrogeology as an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas in El Paso.
Duncan holds registrations as a professional geologist in three states: Florida, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Three technical articles published in internationally recognized peer reviewed journals: Journal of Hydrology, Applied Geochemistry, and Environmental Pollution. Fourteen conference presentations and/or published articles in conference proceedings.
