Duncan T. O Brien is a member of the Securitization Practice Group and the co-leader of the Financings Practice Group in the Corporate Department. Mr. O Brien concentrates in asset and mortgage securitization and secured and unsecured financing transactions. His asset and mortgage securitization practice includes representation of issuers, credit enhancers, liquidity banks, underwriters and purchasers in domestic and cross border transactions involving a wide variety of assets. Mr. O Brien has experience in derivatives transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance.
