Dr. Cheng joined the Board of Directors of DiCon in March 2002. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Bank headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Prior to that he worked for Xerox Corporation where he held a number of senior positions over a nine-year period.
Dr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Wisconsin and a Ph.D. in Physics from the State University of New York. He is a director of Tsinghua University (Beijing) Education Foundation (Northern California), the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and several other community organizations. |
