Dwayne Jacobs leads XP Systems strategic technology direction and oversees all technical definition, design and product development. Before joining XP Systems, he was National Director of Development Operations with Deloitte Touche Tax Technologies (DT3) in Woodland Hills. There, he led development operations for the company's 16 commercial tax compliance and planning software products. Mr. Jacobs has also served as Vice President of Technologies with DIRECTV Corporation. He holds his BS Degree in Computer Science with the University of Texas at Dallas and he has earned a number of patents. He has been a speaker at the IBM Technical Interchange and CA World, and he is a retired officer in the U.S. Army. |
