Dwayne Ruffin guides the strategic direction for the company�s products to support the ever-evolving convergent cable and satellite industries.
With more than 20 years of experience in the broadband industry Ruffin also is one of the company�s leading experts on the billing and customer care needs of communications operators. In this role he directs company initiatives to support this industry nationwide.
Ruffin has also played a key role in overseeing the development of CSG�s Advanced Convergent Platform an enhanced billing and customer care system designed to support the cable and satellite markets.
Since joining the company in 1987 he has played integral roles in various departments throughout the organization including client service client consulting conversions technical support project management and product management.
Prior to CSG Ruffin served in the U.S. Air Force as a computer technician. Ruffin attended Duquesne University and the University of Kentucky. |
