Dwayne Weaver co-founded NuTech Energy Alliance in 1998 and has since served as Chief Technical Officer.
Mr. Weaver graduated in 1977 from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. He began his career as a sales and field engineer, later managed the commercial computing center for NUMAR, and also trained Halliburton log analysts to interpret MRIL data and perform quality control of the product. Developing and writing software code for NuTech petrophysical output.
Developed advanced interpretation modules on the Halliburton Desktop Petrophysics platform.
Analyzing the market and developing winning strategies to increase market share, including developing interpretation models, problem-solving sales approaches, hiring and training sales personnel, and utilizing new technology to differentiate from the competition.
Introducing MRI technology to an acceptable level in the industry for markets including South Texas, East Texas, and the Gulf Coast.
Helping Halliburton introduce MRIL to markets worldwide.
Managing, training, and supervising fourteen district sales engineers and one clerk for Schlumberger Technology Corporation. |
