Dwight has a track record of successfully managing diverse workforces. He brings sound individual and team motivational skills, excellent planning and organizing skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as a strong mechanical aptitude to the Isagenix Manufacturing team.
He previously worked as the Operations Manager for Sweet Ovations, LLC, in Philadelphia, Penn., the world's leading sweet ingredient company. One of his many accomplishments there included being a key team member in obtaining 4.6 million pounds of new business. Prior to that position, he was the Plant Manager for Flavor Specialties, Inc., in Corona, Calif.; General Manager for Industrial Sterilization of Nevada in Sparks, Nev.; Plant Manager for Botanicals International in Long Beach, Calif.; and Plant Manager for Baltimore Spice Company in Baltimore, Md.
Dwight attended Western Maryland College, the University of Maryland, and the University of California, Riverside. He's also a certified C/C++ programmer and certified in PLC programming with RSLogix software. |
