Dwight Foster has a long history of sales and building successful partnerships in technology. Dwight is currently Director, Strategic Account Sales for ServiceSource a highly specialized and very successful technology outsourcer. Prior to ServiceSource, Dwight was VP of North America Sales for WebHelp/Tracmail, one of the pioneers in outsourcing support and back office functions to India. Dwight was responsible for managing a nationwide sales team selling outsourced BPO services and was also responsible for driving sales of the WebHelp/Tracmail proprietary real time communications platform that enabled low-cost/high quality textchat, email and VoIP communication between North America and India. Prior to WebHelp/Tracmail, Dwight was Vice President and General Manager for LivePerson, a publicly traded leader in the real time internet communications space. Dwight was responsible for all sales, client services, and M&A for the Western United States. Prior to LivePerson, Dwight held various management and sales positions with companies such as Net Perceptions, Careerbuilder, and Cushman and Wakefield. |
