Dwight joined the initiative and became one of the senior staff responsible for a third of the departments including: Trading Procedures, Market Surveillance, Investigations, Security Selection, and Policy Planning. He consulted the London Stock Exchange and Amsterdam Stock Exchange on behalf of the CBOE.Mr. Koop went on to work for the O�Connor group of companies including serving as Managing Director of First Options of Amsterdam. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Koop was EVP and head of systems engineering, technical security, and global technology operations for O�Connor Associates, which through acquisition became The Swiss Bank Corporation, and is now UBS. He has also held senior management and advisory roles with Continental Bank, Goldman Sachs, The Chicago Corp., A. G. Becker, Paine Webber, and Drexel Burnham.Before joining MM Squared, Koop was among the founders of several technology companies including, Bedouin, an early stage development tools company, where he served as COO. Dwight was instrumental in the sale of Bedouin to Borland Software where he then lead Borland�s acquisition of Starbase.Dwight earned a Masters of Management in Finance from Northwestern University, with his 1972 thesis on Warrant Price Evaluation Mathematical Models and his B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado. |
