Dylan Lawrence is an attorney specializing in the areas of water rights, environmental, and natural resources law. Dylan assists clients in all aspects of obtaining and maintaining their water rights, including applications for new water rights, applications to transfer water rights, and water rights due diligence in real estate and business transactions. Dylan also has extensive experience with public water system regulation under the Safe Drinking Water Act In addition to his water rights practice, Dylan also has extensive experience in environmental compliance counseling. He has assisted several large industrial clients in complying with the various state and federal environmental quality laws, such as the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). In addition, he has assisted many buyers, sellers, and lenders with identifying and managing environmental liability issues in asset, stock, and lending transactions. Dylan obtained his J.D. from the University of Texas in 2002, and obtained his B.B.A. from the University of Texas in 1997. Prior to moving to Idaho, Dylan practiced with Bracewell & Giuliani in Houston, Texas.
