Mr. Posey serves as GlobalSCAPE's Vice-President of Investor Relations/Business Operations. In this capacity he is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and human resources. Mr. Posey's background includes time spent with Black and Decker and Nortel Networks in various positions in human resources and manufacturing. In addition, he has been a professor at the university level teaching courses in management and labor relations. Immediately prior to joining GlobalSCAPE Mr. Posey was managing principal and founder of Gossyppia Partners, a consultancy that specialized in the development of strategic plans for corporations. Mr. Posey did his graduate and post-graduate work at Vanderbilt University. |
