As Maintenance Manager, Earl is responsible for overseeing the maintenance staff and keeping North Hills up to the highest of standards. Earl developed strong management skills by working for more than 21 years in automotive service management, as well as 8 years of retail management. He received a Mass Merchandising Degree from Cornell University, along with numerous other credits while working in the automotive service industry. Prior to joining Kane, Earl was one of the service managers for Capital Lincoln Mercury of Cary where for 2 years in a row he was ranked among the Top Five in the nation for all Ford Lincoln Mercury dealers for customer satisfaction in the service department. Earl is a native of Durham, North Carolina, but now resides in Cary with his wife, Cindy. |
