Earl Pontius is President and General Manager of L-3�s Technical and Management Services organization, where he leads over 2900 employees in their worldwide support and service to Department of Defense agencies, the Department of Homeland Security and several other civilian agencies. Mr. Pontius served as president of Horizons Technology, Inc., when it became part of the Titan Corporation, and as president of the Technical Resources Sector when Titan was acquired by L-3 Communications in July 2005. Prior to his tenure at Horizon Technology, Mr. Pontius served in executive management positions in the U.S. Air Force. He is a graduate of Indiana University (BA), Harvard Business School (MBA) and Northwestern University�s Senior Executive Program. |
