Mr. Tyler has been a director of the Company since March 2000 and is a member of First Industrial Realty Trust�s Compensation and Nominating/Corporate Governance committees. From 1998 to 2000 Mr. Tyler served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Moore Corporation Limited a provider of data capture information design marketing services digital communications and print solutions. Prior to joining Moore Corporation Mr. Tyler served in various capacities at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from 1997 to 1998 and as Executive Vice President and Sector President of Donnelley�s Networked Services Sector from 1995 to 1997. |
