Ed Beemiller serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Strategic Growth for Midwest Electric, overseeing finance, strategic projects, and merger & acquisition activities. Ed has extensive experience in deal structuring, arranging appropriate capital structures, and advising business clients and owners.Ed holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and an undergraduate bachelor of arts degree in Economics and English from Kenyon College.Prior to joining Midwest Electric, Ed spent over 17 years working in the Commercial Banking Industry as a SVP for a local commercial bank in the Middle Market Lending area, focusing on privately held companies with revenues in the range of $15 million to $100 million. Most recently, Ed had been running his own consulting company with a niche in general business start-up activity and also banking/business finance. Active in the community, Ed coaches his childrens' football, ice hockey, and lacrosse teams in Pickerington, OH. |
