An industry veteran with more than ten years of senior-level experience Ed Gaughan is focused on sales and new market opportunities in his position as vice president of sales and marketing. He is responsible for leveraging his strong relationships with OEMs and their distribution channels positioning Peerless in growth markets. Before being appointed to his current position Mr. Gaughan was co-founder and vice president at Impact Marketing a highly effective consulting company in channel program development and business development. In this capacity he was a consultant to Peerless and other companies such as Ricoh Lanier and Hewlett Packard. During his tenure at Impact Marketing he provided Peerless with product and corporate positioning collateral and sales tool training and delivery of web-based training. Prior to his position at Impact Marketing Mr. Gaughan was vice president of sales at T/R Systems. T/R Systems is a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ that develops solutions for the management and production of digital documents. At T/R he was responsible for shifting the company's business model from direct sales to an OEM model. He successfully negotiated worldwide OEM contracts with leading companies such as Canon Xerox and Minolta. Mr. Gaughan was also the director of sales and product marketing at Electronics for Imaging Inc. There he managed the product marketing and launch of more than 35 Fiery products. Additionally in a systems sales and alliance management position with Canon he launched the company's first color MFP product and managed all third party solution alliances. Mr. Gaughan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS from Kennedy-Western University. |
