Ed LeBaker has 35 plus years of business experience in a variety of key positions with several companies. He has held both top financial and operations positions with his current company and served on the board of directors for his current company and for other companies. He has degrees in accounting and electronic engineering. Additionally, he completed the executive studies mini MBA program at Stanford University. Currently, Ed is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Advanced Research and Applications Corporation (ARACOR), a wholly owned subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc. Other positions at ARACOR include Chief Financial Officer and Major Systems Program Manager. Prior to ARACOR, Ed worked for 10 years at Varian Associates Inc. in a variety of financial management roles in manufacturing and corporate. In addition, Ed has been the owner of a tax business and a management consulting business for almost 30 years. |
