Bachelor of Business Administration With Specialization in Accounting,GA State University, 1976 Masters in Taxation. GA State University, 1983. Mr. Bradford joined H. J. Russell Company in early 1996 as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Was subsequently promoted to Controller of the Property Management Division in 1997 where he was responsible for the financial reporting of 42 residential communities and eight commercial properties. In 1998 he was then promoted to the position of Controller of Construction and Real Estate Development Divisions.In October 2002 Mr. Bradford was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Accounting of the RUSSELL organization. In May 2006, Mr. Bradford was promoted Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In this role, he has the responsibility for all finance and accounting functions for the company. He has principal association with commercial and investment bankers and bonding companies.Before joining the RUSSELL organization in early 1996, Mr. Bradford was manager of Capital Accounting and Tax Reporting for Norfolk Southern Corporation. A graduate of Georgia State University, Mr. Bradford also has public accounting experience. |
