Edgar Pfohl is President of Partnership Management Inc., which is the investment advisor to several investment vehicles that have acquired 34 interests in venture partnerships and shares in 43 orphan companies with a net asset value at purchase of over $39 million. In 1987 Pfohl became one of the first intermediaries in the secondary market for venture capital partnership interests. He established an exclusive database of over $800 million of partnership transfers that was published in The Venture Capital Journal and The Private Equity Analyst. Institutional investors have engaged Mr. Pfohl to evaluate 128 venture partnerships with net assets of over $377 million. Prior to 1987 Pfohl was President of the Rockies Fund, a public venture capital fund investing in emerging growth companies in the Rocky Mountain Region. Mr. Pfohl is a graduate of Capital University and he has completed postgraduate MBA studies at CSU-Fresno and the University of Denver. |
