A member of the Windmill Leadership Team since 2004, Mr. Carter has 15 years of executive financial management experience. A graduate of Northeastern University, Mr. Carter has a BSBA in Accounting, an MBA and a teaching fellow. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of AICPA. Mr. Carter has been an executive in the financial field with several mid-sized companies and an auditor and financial consultant with KPMG, LLC. He has been instrumental in reducing operating cost levels, major restructuring of debt, lender relations, acquisition investigation and financing, establishing operational budgets and implementing new systems. He is currently responsible for the financial plans and policies of the company including developing efficient fiscal controls, preparing and interpreting financial data and, ensuring that financial resources are available to meet strategic objectives.
