Mr. Cukier is a partner in the New York office and a member of the Firm�s Tax Department and Latin America Practice Group. Mr. Cukier has a broad range of experience in U.S. and international planning of corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations and joint ventures and also advises clients on transfer pricing issues.
