Mr. Borja joined the Company as Director of Business Development for Mexico in July 2001. He was named Vice President - Latin America Business Unit in May 2002. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Business Development Team Leader for ICA-Fluor Daniel. He has twenty-one years of business development as well as project and construction management experience with ICA and its subsidiaries in both domestic and international markets. |
