Mr. McCormack has been a director of the Company since April 1996, a director of R&G Mortgage since June 1996 and a director of the Bank since 1990. Mr. McCormack is presently the President of EMP Omega Corporation, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, a fructose importer and distributor, since June 1999. During 1994 and 1995, he served as a consultant to Bacardi Corporation, a rum manufacturer based in Catano, Puerto Rico. Prior thereto, Mr. McCormack was a Vice President of Bacardi Corporation from 1981 to 1993. |
