Mr. Kutchin, along with Paul Alan Rufo, formed Kutchin & Rufo, P.C in 1988. Mr. Kutchin's diverse practice focuses primarily in the area of corporate transactions, litigation, and employment law.
Mr. Kutchin has represented a broad range of privately-held and publicly-held companies in various industries on corporate formation and operation, securities offerings, sales and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, and strategic business planning. Mr. Kutchin's experience includes counseling companies from start-up through acquisition on matters including financing, licensing and technology transfers, strategic alliances, equity compensation, corporate governance, and real estate transactions. Mr. Kutchin's practice also involves litigation of a myriad of commercial, employment and real estate-related disputes, where he has represented numerous corporations and individuals in a wide spectrum of industries in both State and Federal courts.
