Edward E. Bambauer is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer at Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Clark University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Gannon University. Mr. Bambauer has more than 30 years of experience specializing in the financial services, manufacturing and services industries. He joins CCR from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen and industry positions, where he spent more than 25 years assisting clients in areas such as financial operations, reporting controls and improvements, overhead cost effectiveness, strategic and tactical planning, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, systems assessments and cost containment / resource management efforts. Throughout his career, Mr. Bambauer has guided various size companies and entities through the analysis of third party vendors for their support processes, and has himself worked in manufacturing, insurance, banking and investment management as an employee. In his role as a management consultant he has worked with start-up organizations, mid-size businesses and large corporations to improve business practices, audit and review financial systems and processes, and maintain regulatory compliance. Mr. Bambauer has made presentations on risk management, compliance and investment management matters to Fortune 1000 companies. He has published analyses of industry best practices and served as a national course instructor for several certified public accounting and consulting firms on a number of these topics. |
