Edward E. Cohen has been the Chairman of our Board of Directors and our Chief Executive Officer and President since our formation in September 2000. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Resource America from 1990 until May 2004 and Chief Executive Officer of Resource America from 1988 until May 2004 and was President of Resource America from September 2000 until October 2003. He remains non-executive Chairman of the Board of Resource America. In addition Mr. Cohen has been Chairman of the Managing Board of Atlas Pipeline Partners GP since its formation in November 1999 a director of TRM Corporation (a publicly-traded consumer services company) since June 1998 and Chairman of the Board of Brandywine Construction & Management Inc. (a property management company) since 1994. Mr. Cohen is the father of Jonathan Z. Cohen. |
