Tenure with Crosland Since September 2000 Professional Experience As chief financial officer for Crosland, Ned establishes and manages the company's financial strategic planning, directs the optimal mix and velocity of capital deployment, and manages relationships with lending institutions and equity investors. He also directs the company's accounting, treasury, budget and tax functions. Previously, Ned was Senior Vice President of Financial Operations for Prologis Trust, a $14 billion publicly traded real estate investment trust that is the largest in the industrial distribution sector. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Florida Land Company, a residential and mixed-use land development and construction company. Earlier, Ned led the Financial Advisory Services practice of Coopers and Lybrand in both Orlando and Charlotte.
