Ed is a partner in the Tax Services group and located in the Syracuse office. Professional Experience Ed has practiced in the field of individual, corporate and partnership taxation for over thirty years. Ed's area of specialization is business valuations and business forecasts/projections. He prepares valuations for the purposes of buy-sell agreements, mergers/acquisitions, matrimonial, pre/post estate work, litigation and gift giving. He prepares detailed forecasts and projections for budgeting and business acquisition financing. Ed's clients include professional service individuals and organizations, manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers, automotive dealerships, and construction companies. He has also represented clients in numerous IRS tax audits and offers-in-compromise.
