Mr. Sullivan is of counsel in the Firm�s Financial Services Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of public companies and their directors and officers in securities class actions and other complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Sullivan also represents a number of national and regional securities broker/dealers in connection with customer and employee disputes in courts and arbitration forums. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, Mr. Sullivan spent more than 20 years advising attorneys throughout the United States in complex commercial, common law contract, construction law, Uniform Commercial Code Article 2, unfair competition, trade secret, antitrust and Lanham Act matters.
