Ed is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department. Ed represents owners, buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders and tenants in all commercial real estate transactions and matters. He has significant experience with drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases for both landlords and tenants, with substantial experience in leases governing the operation of restaurants and retail businesses. Ed also has experience advising clients involved in corporate transactions and real estate based commercial litigation. Having served as in-house counsel for a large corporation, Ed takes a practical business approach to his representation of clients.
Ed graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.E. 1994) and from Hofstra University of Law (J.D. 1997), was the salutatorian of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Stony Brook and was a member of Hofstra Law Review. |
