Edward J. Crann is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. After attending Loyola University and serving in the U.S. Army, Crann began his banking career in 1972 with Citizens Bank in Park Ridge, Illinois. In 1979, he joined First Illinois Bank as Vice President of Retail Banking and Marketing and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1985. In 1992, Bank One acquired First Illinois and Crann retained his position for the next 3 years. In 1996 he joined a consulting firm that specialized in producing retail banking, marketing and training programs for the financial industry. In 1999, he returned to banking when he joined Village Bank as Vice President of Retail Banking. After relocating to Florida, Crann joined TIB Bank in 2001 and was promoted to his current position in 2007. He currently serves on the Compliance and Executive Committees and is the bank's CIP Officer.
