Mr. Mooney has been a Director of FMC Technologies since 2001. He served as Delegue General North America, Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux from March 2000 until his retirement in March 2001. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Mooney was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nalco Chemical Company. He serves on the Boards of Directors of FMC Corporation, The Northern Trust Company and Cabot Microelectronics Corporation. |
