Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nalco Chemical Company, a specialty chemicals company. Mr. Mooney served in this capacity from 1994-2000. Mr. Mooney also served as D�l�qu� G�n�ral-North America, of Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux from 2000-2001, following its acquisition of Nalco. Mr. Mooney serves on the Boards of Directors of FMC Corporation, FMC Technologies, Inc., Northern Trust Corporation and Cabot Microelectronics Corporation. |
