Edward J. Pettinella is President and Chief Executive Officer of Home Properties and is also a director. He joined the Company in 2001 as Executive Vice President and a director. From 1997 until February, 2001, Mr. Pettinella served as President of New York State operations for Charter One Bank and Executive Vice President of Charter One Financial, Inc. From 1980 through 1997, Mr. Pettinella served in several managerial capacities for Rochester Community Savings Bank, Rochester, NY, including the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Rochester, Rochester Business Alliance, Lifetime Healthcare Companies, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, National Multi Housing Council, and Syracuse University School of Business. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute. Mr. Pettinella is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Syracuse University. |
