Mr. Pierce was appointed Executive Vice President in September 2006 and named Chief Financial Officer in October 2006. From May 2001 through February 2006 Mr. Pierce served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as a director of BindView Development Corporation a network security software development company. From November 1994 through January 2001 Mr. Pierce held various financial management positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Metamor Worldwide Corporation a global information technology services company. Previously Mr. Pierce was corporate controller of American Oil and Gas Corporation a large Texas-intrastate pipeline company and was a senior manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston Texas where be began his career in June 1978. Mr. Pierce holds a B.S. in Accounting from Harding University. |
