Edward N. Yost is an associate in the HR Law Practice Group of the firm's Litigation Department. His practice comprises labor and employment matters ranging from litigating traditional labor, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and wage and hour class action cases, to counseling clients regarding various federal and state employment laws.
Employment Litigation and Counseling. Ed litigates employment cases, including class actions, in federal and state court, at trial and on appeal, and has represented clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety Division on Civil Rights, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and similar agencies in other states. Ed also counsels employers on family and medical leave, disability, and wage and hour issues as well as layoffs, handbooks and internal policies.
Ed is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
