Mr. DeStefano brings almost 30 years of experience in the oil and gas exploration and production industry to New Century Energy Corp. Since 1985, Ed has been the president and sole shareholder of Century Resources, Inc., which has continuously produced oil and natural gas. Century Resources, Inc. is now the wholly-owned operating subsidiary of New Century Energy Corp. Activities included operations in excess of 15,000 acres of producing properties in four counties throughout Texas. Ed has structured acquisitions and participation in various oil and gas projects with investments in excess of $75 Million.
From 1977 to present, Ed has participated in Field Study in Central and West Texas, New Mexico, and the Gulf Coast areas. Drilling projects have been completed and developed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Mr. DeStefano is a full member of The Society of Petroleum Engineers and Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, an associate member of The American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and the Houston Geological Society.. |
