Mr. Epstein has been a director of the Company since January, 1996. Mr. Epstein is a practicing attorney and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Florida. He is an experienced litigator and has represented clients in all aspects of the garment industry for more than 30
years. He is a member of the bar of the State of Florida, the State of New York, and various United States District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
