Mr. Kang concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and intellectual property litigation. He represents corporations, financial institutions, partnerships, other business entities, and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of matters, including business and commercial disputes, construction disputes, securities law violations, patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation matters.
He represents clients from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, financial management, intellectual property asset management, e-commerce, banking, construction, and real estate. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in those industries in both federal and state court litigation.
Bar Admissions
He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York Bars.
