Edward Hudson
Division Senior Vice President, Global Information Services
As Division Senior Vice President of Global Information Services, Ed Hudson leads a worldwide organization providing IT infrastructure design and build, wireless infrastructure deployment services, radio frequency and core network engineering design and professional services, for large-scale commercial wireless carriers, public safety agencies and international and government enterprises throughout the U.S. and around the world. Mr. Hudson's most recent assignments have been as the Deputy General Manager for the Wireless Services business unit of General Dynamics Network Systems and as the Vice President and General Manager for the Defense Agencies business unit in Arlington, VA. Mr. Hudson was a 2004 graduate and an Industry Fellow at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) at National Defense University. Prior to attending ICAF, Mr. Hudson was the Director of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) program at General Dynamics, where he was responsible for the overall program delivery for network infrastructure design and implementation. Mr. Hudson also has commercial market IT experience, working as a managing consultant for Lucent Worldwide Services and as the Director of Business Development for Atlantic Western Consulting. Mr. Hudson's previous experience also includes more than 15 years in various telecommunications project and program management positions at GTE-Government Systems. In addition to a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, Mr. Hudson also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
