Edward Ross has been a member of our Board since May 2004. From January 2005 to December 2005 Dr. Ross served as the President Emeritus of TSMC North America the U.S. subsidiary of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. a semiconductor manufacturer. From March 2000 to December 2004 he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of TSMC North America. From July 1998 to March 2000 Dr. Ross was Senior Vice President of the Professional Services Group at Synopsys Inc. a semiconductor design software company. From September 1995 to July 1998 he served as President of Technology and Manufacturing at Cirrus Logic Inc. a semiconductor manufacturer. Dr. Ross is a member of the board of directors of California Micro Devices Corporation a semiconductor company and Open Silicon Inc. a privately held semiconductor company. Dr. Ross holds a B.S.E.E. from Drexel University and an M.S.E.E. M.A. and Ph.D. from Princeton University. |
