In the five year period between 1988-1993 Mr. Rutkowski worked with Hertel Cutting Technologies in Oakridge TN. In a sales and support position to the Mold Industry Tier One Suppliers and large automotive accounts. While with Hertel Ed implemented testing programs to generate new business and developed a new customer base.
From 1993 through to 1999 Mr. Rutkowski worked with Kennametal Inc. of Pittsburgh PA as a Machine Tool Sales and Applications Technical Support Specialist. While with the company Ed received recognition for sales performance product application and problem solving strengths. He was responsible for organizing and implemented tooling teams for testing projects in the mold industry Tier One suppliers and large automotive accounts drawing on his experience and knowledge garnered while with Hertel.
With an Advanced Machine Tool Application degree from Kennametal University Ed was hired as a Supplier Product Engineer by EWIE Company of Romeo MI in 1999. He identified specific plant productivity improvements and cost savings potentials developed testing perimeters and bench lines directly with the Ford Motor Company management and lead a key role in securing a corporate account with Ford.
At the end of his contract Komet of America in Sterling Heights MI as a distribution account specialist retained him. His main responsibilities were to collect account information to track competitive activity distribute and develop direct marketing strategies for the company's products and services.
Mr. Rutkowski joined forces with Mr. Walther and Mr. Howard to form AmeriChip Inc. in 2001 with a view to marketing the LACC process. With prior careers credentials in the metal removal industry he gained industry recognition for his expertise in the dilemma caused by chip control and metals residue and is regarded as an expert in cost control and reduction. Mr. Rutkowski is responsible for the Company's research and development efforts patent enhancements and oversees quality control and process design. |
